Service Policies & Expectations
Booking & Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment date.
- Deposits are applied toward your total balance.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with proper notice.
Scheduling & Cancellations
- Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
Payment Policy
- Remaining balance is due the day of service upon completion.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, PayPal, and Venmo.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
Home Access
- Clients must provide access to the home at the scheduled time (present, key, or entry code).
- A lockout fee may apply if access is unavailable upon arrival.
Pets & Children
- Pets must be secured unless they are friendly.
- Children should remain out of active cleaning areas for safety.
Services & Add-On Services
- Standard services include routine cleaning tasks unless otherwise specified.
- Add-on services (such as oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, baseboards, windows, etc.) must be requested in advance.
Photos
To maintain quality and transparency, before and after photos may be taken for documentation purposes. Please let us know if you prefer that photos of your home are not shared on social media.
Cleaning Limitations
For safety and liability reasons, we do not clean:
- Animal waste
- Mold beyond surface level
- Bodily fluids
- Heavy smoke or fire damage
- Hoarding or overly cluttered environments
Pricing Disclaimer
All pricing is based on the condition of the home at the time of booking. Pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the home differs from what was originally discussed.
